Ok, after searching and trying out a lot I finally found some quartz inserts I am happy with. We have nice Clear quartz, Polished opaque, ultra polished opaque bottom inserts!

I use all of these, each one gives a slightly different hit. The clear quartz isn't too thin or too thick, so you don't have to double heat and it gives a nice hit on green. The polished and ultra-polished opaque hit great, you can't go wrong with those.
